Artwork: War Is Limiting

I have to admit, I did not really take this shot in a war zone...(it was in Germany anno 2005) but the barbed wire which prevented me from going onward to the little stream really reminded me of it. Hope you all like it the way I do, especially the mood I like because of the reall sober colours.

Artwork: Fueling Up

These two photo's were taken very shortly after each other. As you can see there was quite a line to the 'flower station'. I know the photo's should be a little bit sharper (especially the upper one) but I still like 'em so much to post them, cause you can only shoot...

Artwork: Hazelworm

The title is the Dutch word for this beatiful creature. This photo is totally unedited. To make it, I held the 'Hazelworm' in my left hand and my camera in my right. I'm still suprised that it worked so well. I think the picture speaks for itself...

Artwork: SkyFire

I used Photoshop to make this one. I took the fire out of one photo and placed it smoothly in the 'sky' photo. To achieve this a blurred it a little . A part from that and the frame, I only added al little contrast and such for the final touch.

This one I made In the Czech Republic. It was about 7.00 PM so there was a lot of mist over this lake. This photo is not edited what so ever (except for the frame).

Artwork: Kings Keep

This castle stands in Germany. What makes this photo special (if you would ask me) is the golden late afternoon light in contrast with the castle and its hill. No color filters were used, I just added a little contrast and the black frame of course.

I made this photo of my brother standing on the summit of a peak in northern Slowakia, near the Polish border. I used a Canon A80 to do this.
